The Problem
Text, image, video, and sound can now be generated at unprecedented speed and scale.
But publishing formats haven't changed. Blog posts, PDFs, slide decks.
More content than ever, and more similar than ever.
The Solution
One click transforms writing into cinematic, scroll-driven, interactive experiences.
Write scenes. Generate visuals with AI. Publish immersive stories.
One link. No code. Embeds anywhere.
One capsule, every surface
One capsule, every surface
One capsule, every surface

One container, every screen. A format that travels.
How It Works
Structure your story as scenes in the Capsule Launcher.
AI creates images and video matched to your narrative.
One click. Shareable link. Embeds in any website or bio.
Use Cases
Origin stories, launches, campaigns that feel alive. The capsule does real work: fundraising, hiring, and first impressions.
Travel stories, memoirs, reflections turned cinematic. The writing leads. The visuals answer it.
Dense ideas as interactive microsites people actually read. The hard parts, composition, pacing, and motion, are held by the format.
Turn your best writing into shareable visual experiences that stand apart from every other email in the inbox.
Impact stories, annual reports, donor communications that make people stop and stare.
A new channel for announcements. Embeds in your site, bio, or newsletter. One link, total immersion.
Case Study · Edge City Bhutan
Timour Kosters' Edge City Bhutan essay, rebuilt end-to-end with our Creative Lab.
This is super cool: a new product called Capsules that turns your essays into beautiful animated microsites. @capsulesink built this demo using my Bhutan essay. It feels less like a blog and more like a short film. 🇧🇹
In Their Words
Writers, producers, filmmakers, and founders - on first contact with the format.
This is a new storytelling platform. It's the evolution of Substack, a new kind of storytelling primitive that creates a whole new category of creators.
It's so engaging. It adds such depth to reading a written piece, and it doesn't feel like it takes over. It's additive without interfering with the reading.
Business Model
For writers shipping their first capsules.
For creators and teams publishing often.
For the piece where the bar is high and the timing matters.
Every plan includes AI credits, with credit packs available anytime you need more. Cancel anytime.
Traction
12 founding creators are already making capsules in early access. They bring drafts, finished pieces, and lifelong notebooks, and turn them into their first capsule.

Vision · The Business
A great divide has opened between AI and human-made writing. We're building the middle: storytelling tech where human-led work is brought to life with AI. The opportunity: own storytelling, and become the go-to platform for stories.
Why We Built This
Capsules began with a simple belief: the form of an idea is part of the idea. We can generate text, image, and motion at almost no cost now, yet we still publish them in containers built for static pages. So we made a better one, to bring the magic of stories back to people.
It's 2026. We can do media in better, different, more interesting ways. This is a really interesting way to tell stories.
